Due to the high-potency active ingredients in Biologique Recherche formulations, we accept returns only for unopened, sealed products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To maintain the integrity and hygiene of our professional-grade skincare, used or opened items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ensure the product is unused, the holographic security seal is intact, and the original packaging is undamaged to qualify for a full refund.
Secure Packaging
Safely pack the items in their original shipping box with the provided RMA form and affix the prepaid shipping label to the exterior.
